Sundar Pichai is the CEO of Google. Promoted in August 2015, Pichai’s role as CEO came in concert with a larger corporate restructuring that turned Alphabet into the parent company of Google. After a career in management consulting, Pichai joined Google in 2004 where he managed key software development projects, including Google Chrome, Google Drive, and Google Maps. Pichar holds degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), an M.S. from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School
